​Mulastar Agencies: Terms of Service

​1. Acceptance of Terms

​By creating an account on Mulastar, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our services or local laws.

​2. User Eligibility & Accounts

  • ​Age: You must be 18 years or older (or have legal guardian consent).
  • ​One Account Rule: To keep things fair, each person is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts to “game” the system or claim multiple sign-up bonuses will result in an immediate permanent ban without a refund of the activation fee.
  • ​Accuracy: You must provide your correct M-Pesa/Mobile Money details. We are not responsible if you withdraw funds to a wrong number provided by you.

​3. The Affiliate Program

​Mulastar rewards you for growing our community.

  • ​Referral Tiers: Commissions are paid across three levels (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3).
  • ​No Spamming: You are encouraged to share your link on social media, but “spamming” (posting your link repeatedly in unrelated groups or via unsolicited messages) is prohibited.
  • ​Honesty: Do not misrepresent potential earnings to recruits. Tell them the truth: earnings depend on their own activity and the tasks they complete.

​4. Earnings & Withdrawals

  • ​Task Completion: Earnings from YouTube, TikTok, or Trivia tasks are credited only after the system verifies the task was completed fully. Skipping or using “auto-clickers” will lead to account suspension.
  • ​Minimum Withdrawal: You can request a payout once you hit the minimum threshold (as shown on your dashboard).
  • ​Processing Time: While we aim for “instant” or same-day payouts, please allow up to 24 hours during peak times or maintenance.

​5. Activation Fees & Refund Policy

  • ​One-Time Fee: The activation fee is a one-time payment to unlock the platform’s features and server access.
  • ​Non-Refundable: Because digital services and account activation are immediate, all activation fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you understand how the platform works before paying.

​6. Prohibited Conduct

​We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • ​Using VPNs or proxies to bypass regional restrictions.
  • ​Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to complete tasks.
  • ​Harassing our support team or other members in community groups.

​7. Limitation of Liability

​Mulastar provides the platform “as is.” While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary technical glitches, internet outages in your region, or third-party (e.g., YouTube/TikTok) API changes that may affect task availability.
